R.I.P.
Helen Maxine Reddy (born 25 October 1941) is an Australian singer, actress, and activist. Born in Melbourne, Victoria to a show-business family, Reddy started her career as an entertainer at age four. She sang on radio and television, and won a talent contest on a television program, Bandstand,[a] in 1966; her prize was a ticket to New York City and a record audition, which turned out to be unsuccessful. She pursued her international singing career by moving to Chicago and, subsequently, Los Angeles, where she made her debut singles "One Way Ticket" and "I Believe in Music" in 1968 and 1970, respectively. The B-side of the latter single, "I Don't Know How to Love Him" reached No. 10 in Canadian pop chart RPM and she was signed to Capitol Records a year later.

Lordy, you just posted these and look what goes and happens.
Hi PB
What has happened?
Oddly, when I was just listening to your HR albums..
heard she passed away at 78.. that is what happened.
Oh my goodness, this is terrible news.
Some MP3 track/title mislabeling..
on your album #14 of 16.. The Very Best Of Helen Reddy
Tracks 16 thru 22 .. the labels are skewed (music/order is ok)

All the clips being shown now...Midnight Special, Grammys...she just looks so petite...such a pure, melodic voice.
Just heard now that Mac Davis has died.
Oh no! 2020 has been awful in more ways than one.
Thank you for letting me know PB
Yes Harvey she was very talented.
And thank you for your kind words.

Hi Ozzieguy, Remembering Helen on what would have been her 70th birthday today. It doesn't seem that we lost her just over a year ago. I've borrowed one of "The Best Of's." Regards, Bob.
P.S. Have you any John Williamson?
Hi Bob
Yes so sad that she has passed.
And yes mate, I have lots of John Williamson albums.
I shall share them very soon not that you have reminded me lol.
Best Wishes
Ozzieguy
