 Allison Durbin

Allison Ann Durbin, who now goes by the married name Alison Ann Giles, is a former New Zealand Australian pop singer, known for her success in the late 1960s and 1970s as the "Queen of Pop". Durbin's visual 'trademark' at her height was her lustrous waist-length auburn hair. She is a relative of Canadian-born actress and lyric soprano Deanna Durbin.

I second all that. These are great albums, and she's another who deserved better than she got. Some of the vocal performances on "Born a Woman" suggest she should have had a great career in Country, and probably would have if she'd held herself together a few more years.

Amerikan Music is a great single. A real burst of energy with class.

When I click on the link for the first one listed, "I Have Loved Me A Man" it take me to a Mediafire page that simply says
"Don't Come Any Closer" by Allison Durbin may be available for download from Amazon.
I think the link is broken
